Position : Edge Bander Operator
Well-established, fully automated, local factory seeking meticulous mechanist for full-time role maintaining and operating late model Edge Bander.
Bander is a full CNC controlled Biesse Akron 1440.
Experience with similar equipment preferred but not required.
On-the-job training provided.
Excellent advancement, including training for the operation of CNC Router and End Boring Dowel Insertion machine.
Position Includes: Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.
Profit sharing is available after 1 year of employment.
Position : Client Liaison
Quadro is looking for a part-time Client Liaison to lead the charge on maintaining communication with mature client accounts.
Ideal candidate would have a proven track working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Retail or other customer service experience a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills a must.
The Client Liaison will:
- Answer contractor questions about product offering and pricing
- Check in with contractors to ensure needs are being met, including delivery, assembly, and replacement of defective product
- Ensure contractor is referred to proper internal support for special orders, large orders, billing, and service
20-30 hours/week with some overtime available during busy season.
